    Becoming Your Own Best Friend

    In this one-hour workshop originally offered through Holisticism, we explore what it truly means to turn toward yourself with kindness, curiosity, and care. Drawing on Internal Family Systems (IFS), Depth Psychology, Buddhist teachings, and the wisdom of Sonya Renee Taylor and Tara Brach, this workshop weaves together psychoeducation and embodied practices to help you cultivate a deeper, more compassionate relationship with yourself.

    Through parts work, meditation, somatic awareness, and reflective writing, we'll examine how our inner parts, conditioning, and cultural narratives shape the way we relate to ourselves — and how awareness, self-compassion, and presence can become the foundation for a genuine and lasting inner friendship.

    Designed for self-aware, spiritually-oriented women and creative entrepreneurs who are already doing the work — and ready to go deeper.
