Internal Family Systems Coach for Self-leadership

As an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Coach, I offer a personalized and integrative approach to meet you exactly where you are. My IFS training is extensive — including Level 1 certification from the IFS Institute, Level 2 this winter, IFS for Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, monthly consultation with a Level 3 advisor, peer consultation groups, and workshops with IFS founder Dick Schwartz. This depth of training means we can go as far as you're ready to go.

My diverse background allows me to work with whatever you're facing. Together we'll get to know the many parts of you and reconnect you with your wisest, most grounded self. Although it may feel like some parts get in the way, or that you'd rather be rid of them, each part holds a purpose worth understanding.
