MORE ABOUT MY PRACTICE:

My work integrates mindfulness, Buddhism, embodiment, and the arts with trainings in Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed care, interpersonal neurobiology, gestalt, relational therapy, and depth psychology. My graduate research explored how culture, family, and genetics shape the nervous system, identity, and worldview.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the music industry and understand the unique emotional and relational challenges of creative fields. I take a holistic, harm-reduction approach and often incorporate psychoeducation, grounding practices, meditation, and nervous-system skills to support lasting change.

My practice is culturally responsive, body- and sex-positive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I am committed to ongoing learning and self-reflection so I can support clients from diverse backgrounds with humility and care.

I work with introspective, deep feelers, who are often navigating life transitions, spiritual exploration, or feeling stuck and disconnected. Many have long felt “too much” or “too sensitive” and are ready to live with more alignment, meaning, and connection. I often support creatives, artists, therapists, neurodivergent folks, and those exploring career, purpose, and relationships. You may feel anxious, carry shame, avoid conflict, or people-please, and want to shift old patterns to take up more space in your life.

Using a depth-oriented and Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, I help you connect with the parts of yourself seeking attention, healing, and integration. Together we build self-awareness and compassion while working through anxiety, trauma, creative blocks, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

As an LA-based therapist, my work is collaborative, shame-free, and grounded in relational and somatic (mind-body) approaches. I specialize in exploring spirituality, psychedelic integration, existential questions, and meaning-making.

Many clients begin therapy after pivotal turning points in their lives. I view these times as invitations for self-understanding and growth. Together, we explore what’s beneath the surface, understand relational patterns, and support you in living more authentically.

I offer therapy for individuals in person Los Feliz/Silverlake, CA and Pasadena, CA.
