MORE ABOUT MY PRACTICE:

My work integrates IFS, trauma-informed care, Buddhism, embodiment, depth psychology, interpersonal neurobiology, gestalt, and relational therapy. My graduate research explored how culture, family, and genetics shape the nervous system, identity, and worldview.

Before becoming a therapist I spent years working inside the music industry, which means I understand the emotional and relational dynamics of creative fields from the inside, not just clinically. I take a holistic, harm-reduction approach and often incorporate psycho-education, grounding practices, meditation, and nervous-system skills to support lasting change.

Much of my work lives in what's beneath the surface: the relational patterns, the parts seeking attention, the wounds that keep repeating. Using a depth-oriented and IFS approach, we will build self-awareness and compassion, while working through anxiety, trauma, creative blocks, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I view pivotal turning points not as crises but as invitations for self-understanding and growth.

My practice is culturally responsive, body- and sex-positive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I am committed to ongoing learning and self-reflection so I can support clients from diverse backgrounds with humility and care.

I offer in-person sessions in Los Feliz/Silverlake and Pasadena, CA, and online throughout California.

I work with introspective, deep feelers, many who have long felt "too much" or "too sensitive," and ready to live with more alignment, meaning, and connection. I often support creatives, artists, therapists, neurodivergent folks, and those exploring career, purpose, and relationships.
