MEDITATION + MINDFULNESS PRACTICE

In 2011, I took my first deep dive into mindfulness study during an Interdependence Project weekend retreat. Since then, alongside the practice of Tibetan and Theravadan Buddhist philosophy, and yoga, meditation has become a daily practice. These are invaluable resources to me, and I felt a calling to share this practice with others.

I believe meditation can help everyone access their deeper wisdom and truths. Through the practice of being in the present, we work with how to simply be, in order to step outside of the “doing mind” that life requires, which is our default mode.

Through a contemplative, somatic, & mindfulness lens, I can help you develop a way to move through life with more ease, purpose, and inner compassion. I am passionate about holding your hand along the path, finding and deepening a sense of discovery, appreciation, and ease in life.

I offer private and group meditation & mindfulness coaching with the goal of helping you cultivate a practice of your own. To complement a mindfulness practice, I also offer guidance on herbs, supplements, and yoga instruction.

Please
write to me for appointment availability, or if you’re curious about whether meditation could help you.

CERTIFICATIONS + EDUCATION

I received my meditation teacher training via the Interdependence Project in 2017, and remain an active student by attending dharma talks and meditation retreats regularly. I am always in search of additional training and teachings to further my practice.
