PSYCHOTHERAPY
Have you experienced a major life change that’s left you seeing the world differently?
Whether it’s a spiritual or psychedelic awakening, a significant loss or gain, or a deep inner shift, these moments can unsettle and transform us. I work with individuals navigating profound transitions—those who feel called to make meaning, live authentically, and explore life with new eyes.
Using a depth-oriented approach and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help you connect with the parts of yourself that are asking for attention, healing, or integration. We’ll explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion, making space for clarity, growth, and lasting change.
My practice is rooted in the belief that these turning points—though often painful or disorienting—are invitations to deeper self-understanding and purpose. Together, we’ll work to uncover what’s beneath the surface, understand relational patterns, and support you in living a life aligned with your core truth.
Many of my clients come to therapy after a pivotal event has altered their worldview, like heartbreak, breakups, and navigating dating. You might be seeking to live with more authenticity, integrity, and meaning—or simply needing support through a difficult time of transition.
I offer therapy for individuals in Pasadena, CA and virtually throughout California.
I am a Los Angeles based Psychotherapist (LMFT 141685) offering individual & relationship counseling. I offer therapy in Los Angeles to adolescents, organizations, relationships (e.g. siblings, roommates, friends), & groups.
